End User License Agreement

Effective 26 October 2026

Software: the audio plug-in you are installing (the "Software"), made by Antonio Funaro, an individual, of 28 Upper Baker Street, Liverpool, L6 1LX, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: support@antoniofunaro.com.

By installing or using the Software you accept this agreement. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the Software.

1. What you are licensed to do

1.1 We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on the number of computers allowed by your licence (section 4), for private or professional music production.

1.2 You own the audio you make. We claim no rights over the recordings, mixes or other audio you produce with the Software, and you may use and release them commercially without paying us anything further.

1.3 The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights in it that this agreement does not give you.

2. Demo

2.1 The Software includes a demo that starts the first time you open it and lasts 14 days. A countdown is shown in the plug-in.

2.2 During the demo, recording and offline export (bounce) through the Software are silenced. When the demo ends, the Software stays silent until you enter a valid licence key.

2.3 One demo is available per product and per computer. Reinstalling the Software, or using another user account on the same computer, does not start a new demo.

3. Licence term, renewal and cancellation

3.1 How you pay. You pay once when you buy a licence, at the price shown at checkout. That price includes the first 12 months of use. Each licence has its own 12-month term, counted from the day you bought that licence.

3.2 Renewal. At the end of its term a licence is renewed for a further 12 months only if automatic renewal is switched on in your account. Renewal is £9.99 per licence per 12 months, excluding VAT. If you renew more than one licence, the renewal charges before VAT in any rolling period of 12 months will not come to more than £19.98 in total for your account. Product prices, renewal prices and this cap exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is added based on your billing country and shown separately from the price before payment. These prices are correct at the date of this agreement.

3.3 Before each renewal. We email you at least 30 days before each renewal date, telling you the renewal price and how to switch renewal off. We may change the renewal price; a new price applies only to renewals that start at least 30 days after we tell you of it, and you can switch renewal off before that.

3.4 Switching renewal off. You can switch automatic renewal off at any time in your account. Your licence then continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and ends that day. There is no grace period after the end of a term: if a licence is not renewed, the Software becomes silent when the term ends, until you renew or buy a new licence.

3.5 Cancellation and refund. You can cancel a purchase, or a renewal payment, within 14 days of paying and we will refund it in full, whether or not you have used the Software. Write to support@antoniofunaro.com. After 14 days we do not refund the part of a term you have not used, except where the law requires us to.

3.6 When your licence ends, the demo does not restart. Renewing, or entering a new licence key, restores the Software.

4. Activation and the licence server

4.1 To use a paid licence you enter a licence key. The Software contacts our licence server to activate the key for your computer.

4.2 One licence can be active on up to two computers at the same time. You can free a place from your account.

4.3 After activation the Software works offline for up to 30 days; it renews its licence automatically whenever the computer is online. If it cannot renew within 30 days, it becomes silent until it can.

4.4 To do this the Software sends the licence server your licence key, the product name, a technical identifier derived from your computer (not reversible to your name) and the computer name you give it. It does not send or read your audio. See our Privacy Notice.

5. What you may not do

5.1 You may not copy or share your licence key, sell or lend the Software, or use it on more computers than your licence allows.

5.2 You may not remove, bypass or tamper with the licence checks, the demo or the activation, nor decompile or reverse-engineer the Software, except where the law gives you a right to do so that cannot be excluded by contract (for example to make the Software work with other software).

5.3 We may revoke a licence that has been shared, resold or obtained by fraud. We will tell you why where we can, and you can reply to us.

6. Updates and support

6.1 Updates that fix problems or keep the Software working with new systems are included for the term of your licence. We may sell major new versions separately.

6.2 Support is by email at support@antoniofunaro.com.

7. Third-party software

The Software contains open-source and third-party components. Their licences are listed in ThirdPartyNotices.txt, installed with the Software. Those licences apply to those components.

8. Warranty and liability

8.1 Nothing in this agreement limits rights you have by law as a consumer, and nothing excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

8.2 The Software is provided with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise that it is free from errors or that it will work with every combination of computer, operating system and host software. If it does not work as it should, tell us and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.

8.3 Subject to 8.1, we are not liable for loss of data, profit, income or opportunity, or for indirect loss, and our total liability for anything connected with the Software is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the event.

9. Ending this agreement

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the Software. We can end this agreement if you break it seriously. Sections 1.2, 7, 8 and 10 continue after it ends.

10. General

10.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country or of the part of the UK where you live.

10.2 If part of this agreement is not valid, the rest stays in force. This agreement and the Privacy Notice are the whole agreement about the Software.
